I am not only a licensed Associate Broker with Maddox & Co REALTORS® but also hold the distinguished designation of REALTOR® from the National Association of REALTORS® following completion of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics as provided by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission and the Greater Albuquerque Association of REALTORS®. I have a long history of real estate property expertise. At the age of 15 my career started in construction first learning property boundary surveying, foundation work and progressed into all areas including framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing, and finish carpentry. Then I went into Property Management and Maintenance while attending college obtaining the first of two engineering degrees. My career continued into all areas of telecommunications engineering, construction, property renovation consulting, sales engineering and management. Having multiple investment properties over the last 20 years has provided a wealth of experience in real estate.
My goal is to help dedicated buyers and sellers find the right home to perfectly fit their future needs and enjoyment. Everyone is busy in their day to day activities so it is my goal to respond quickly, by whatever means with answers to questions and with a variety of options for you.
