Michael Vernon sold my house in Albuquerque after I moved out of town for another job. Since, I was no longer living in Albuquerque the work load of selling my house fell mostly on Michael. After listing the house and a couple of walk throughs, recommendations of repainting and minor repairs were suggested. Michael put in me in contact with a reasonable contractor who performed the repairs and Michael had to coordinate to provide access to the house. After accepting an offer Michael communicated all requests from the buyer and all my responses to finalize the sell. The time from listing to closing was ~ three months were a least a month of time was spent getting repairs done and Michael working with the lender for the buyer. The overall experience with Michael was excellent and would recommend him as broker for selling of a house.
